Waylene International – Shipping Policy

At Waylene, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly, securely, and transparently — whether you're shopping from India or internationally. We partner with leading national and global courier services to ensure a seamless delivery experience across all serviceable regions.

1. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal ₹59 COD charge applies.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination. Occasionally, we offer Free Shipping promotions to selected countries. All applicable charges are displayed transparently before payment.

2. Delivery Timelines

We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities (India): 4–6 working days from dispatch
  • Non-Metro Cities (India): 5–7 working days from dispatch
  • International Destinations: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Estimated delivery times are also displayed on product pages using our 'Estimate Delivery' widget.

3. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services:

  • Domestic (India): DTDC, Blue Dart, Xpressbees
  • International: DTDC International, DHL, FedEx, Aramex

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only within India. International orders must be prepaid using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other supported methods. COD is not available for international shipments.

5. Missing Items

If you notice a missing item in your order, please check the invoice included with your shipment. If the item is listed but not received, contact us immediately:

Important Notes

  • If an item cannot be delivered, you will not be charged (for COD), or a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
  • If your order cannot be shipped in full within 10 working days, the undelivered items may be cancelled and refunded. You will be notified by email.
  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order number.
  • Remote Indian regions may be served through India Post, which may result in longer delivery times.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
